Innovation Hub Lead
The AI & Innovation Hub Lead will be a CoE Leader who will define and drive Cloud for Good (CFG) India’s innovation agenda by championing the adoption and integration of Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and other emerging technologies. This role blends technical expertise and visionary leadership to create intelligent, data-driven customer experiences. The leader will foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the organization and across client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the internal IP Team building scaleable IP and Enablement of the IP
- Salesforce AI & Agentforce Leadership: Drive the exploration, pilot implementation, and scaling of Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities and Agentforce solutions to transform business processes and customer interactions.
- Collaboration & Delivery: Partner closely with global innovation teams to develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), pilots, and accelerators that demonstrate the business value of emerging technologies.
- Innovation Culture: Promote a mindset of creative problem-solving and experimentation among engineers and consultants, encouraging adoption of AI-first solution design.
- Mentorship & Capability Building: Guide and mentor technical teams in AI solution design, automation, and intelligent process implementation across Salesforce Clouds.
- Representation & Advocacy: Represent CFG India at internal innovation forums, industry events, and client showcases to highlight thought leadership and capabilities.
- Technology Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborate with Salesforce and technology partners to remain at the forefront of platform advancements, driving continuous enhancement of AI initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce solution design, AI technology implementation, or related emerging technology roles, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Einstein platform, Agentforce, and other automation/AI tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven success in leading innovation projects involving emerging technologies, with measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce AI certifications or specialisation in Einstein Analytics or Mulesoft integrations with AI.
- Experience in developing intelligent workflows, predictive analytics, and automation frameworks on Salesforce.
- Familiarity with data science, machine learning concepts, and their practical applications.
- Strong ability to build innovation roadmaps and translate visionary ideas into scalable solutions.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping techniques for innovation delivery.
