Associate Consultant

We are seeking AI Engineers at the Associate level to join client-facing delivery teams, build and deploy AI/ML and GenAI solutions, work on data pipelines, integrations and cloud deployments. You will partner with senior engineers, solution architects and clients to deliver production-ready AI modules and reusable components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and deploy ML/LLM-based solutions using Python, OpenAI APIs / LangChain / Hugging Face.
  
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and AI agents for use-cases.
  
• Work with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), SQL, ETL, and feature engineering.
  
• Deploy to cloud infrastructure (AWS: EC2, Lambda, SageMaker), build CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and alerting.
  
• Integrate AI outcomes with enterprise systems like Salesforce or ServiceNow via APIs.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, demos and client interactions.
  
• Document reusable patterns, libraries and contribute to the internal IP catalogue.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, data engineering or related.
  

• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  

• Exposure to OpenAI APIs, LangChain or generative AI frameworks.
  

• Some experience or familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and deployment.
  

• Basic understanding of SQL, data pipelines, ETL workflows.
  

• Good communication skills, able to work in client-facing teams.
  

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt or other modern data platforms.
  

• Familiarity with Salesforce or ServiceNow integration.
  

• Previously worked on AI agent development or production deployment.
  

• Certifications (AWS Certified ML/Solutions Architect, etc) a plus.
