- Establishing a world-class Software Engineering Center of Excellence, covering Technical Support, Customer Success Engineering and Product Engineering, without compromising culture or quality.
 - Scaling business-critical shared services functions (Sales, Marketing, and Finance) through a single, high-performance global delivery center.
