Recruitment Specialist
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle
recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent to onboarding new
hires. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives. - Recruitment Process Management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements. - Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.Work closely with internal teams and external recruitment agencies when needed to ensure hiring goals are met. - Applicant Tracking & Compliance:
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate hiring data.Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain documentation for audit purposes. - Employer Branding & Industry Trends:
Assist in employer branding efforts, including social media engagement and recruitment events.Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a consulting or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, talent acquisition strategies, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and G Suite.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies is a plus.
