Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities for AI/ML adoption (e.g., Generative AI, predictive analytics, process automation) in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Convert complex and ambiguous business needs into clear technical artifacts, including user stories, functional specifications, and data flow diagrams.
Analyze current business processes and design optimized, AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
Partner with legal, compliance, and security teams to ensure adherence to data privacy, governance, and ethical AI standards.
Define KPIs and success metrics; ensure AI initiatives progress beyond proof-of-concept to scalable, production-grade deployments with measurable impact.
Drive adoption of AI solutions by working closely with business teams, simplifying complex concepts, and minimizing resistance during transitions.
