  • Own technical design for assigned modules/features, ensuring alignment with overall solution architecture.
  • Lead secure REST/SOAP integration builds, webhook consumption, and middleware orchestration for system-to-system connectivity.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor Senior/Consultant-level developers.
  • Drive sprint-level technical planning, estimation, and task breakdown in collaboration with the Architect and Project Manager.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Apex, LWC, automation (Flow Builder, Approval Processes), and integrations.
  • Collaborate with QA and product teams to ensure quality engineering practices are followed throughout the SDLC.
  • Support solution designing, data migration planning, and user story grooming sessions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership or lead developer capacity.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Async Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow Builder, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Workflow).
  • Proven experience building and supporting integrations (REST/SOAP callouts, middleware tools such as Boomi or Workato, SFMC, Workday APIs).
  • Experience leading a small-to-mid-sized development team (3–6 developers).

Qualification & Skill:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory) and Platform Developer II (preferred) certifications.
  • Additional preferred certifications: JavaScript Developer I, Application Architect (in progress), Workato Certified Pro I & II, or Boomi certifications.
  • Tools: Visual Studio Code, Bitbucket, Workbench, Jira, Postman, Conga, Avalara, Docusign.
