Salesforce Technical Lead
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead development teams in building robust, scalable Salesforce solutions. This role combines deep hands-on technical expertise with team leadership — guiding design decisions, ensuring code quality, and serving as the bridge between architecture and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of advanced Apex solutions (Queueable, Batch Apex, Service Layer Pattern) and LWC components using UI API and JavaScript.
- Own technical design for assigned modules/features, ensuring alignment with overall solution architecture.
- Lead secure REST/SOAP integration builds, webhook consumption, and middleware orchestration for system-to-system connectivity.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor Senior/Consultant-level developers.
- Drive sprint-level technical planning, estimation, and task breakdown in collaboration with the Architect and Project Manager.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Apex, LWC, automation (Flow Builder, Approval Processes), and integrations.
- Collaborate with QA and product teams to ensure quality engineering practices are followed throughout the SDLC.
- Support solution designing, data migration planning, and user story grooming sessions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership or lead developer capacity.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Async Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow Builder, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Workflow).
- Proven experience building and supporting integrations (REST/SOAP callouts, middleware tools such as Boomi or Workato, SFMC, Workday APIs).
- Experience leading a small-to-mid-sized development team (3–6 developers).
Qualification & Skill:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory) and Platform Developer II (preferred) certifications.
- Additional preferred certifications: JavaScript Developer I, Application Architect (in progress), Workato Certified Pro I & II, or Boomi certifications.
- Tools: Visual Studio Code, Bitbucket, Workbench, Jira, Postman, Conga, Avalara, Docusign.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to mentor and unblock team members.
