Project Manager

We are looking for a highly effective Project Manager for our Business Technology team. In this role, your primary focus will be owning the lifecycle of our internal project portfolio. You will maintain a large backlog of enhancement requests, change management, and support tasks across multiple business applications.
Serving as the primary administrative and coordination bridge between our internal business customers and technical team, you will capture and document business requirements, ensure they are clearly communicated to the technical team, and track tasks to completion. During the development phase, you will act in a Project Management and administrative capacity—keeping teams aligned, tracking schedules, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, and ensuring the technical team has what they need to deliver on time without being responsible for technical design or the SDLC itself.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

  • Methodology & Delivery: Develop, maintain, and optimize project plans using project management software (e.g., Jira), championing agile best practices.
  • Backlog & Change Management: Maintain and aggressively prioritize the enhancement request, change management, and support backlogs for multiple business applications.
  • Stakeholder Governance: Manage stakeholder registries, develop RACI matrices, and execute transparent communication plans across multiple organizational levels.
  • Documentation: Track and document the completion of key milestones, tasks, and detailed notes from internal customer interactions.
  • Workflow Optimization: Leverage AI tools (specifically Gemini and Claude) to expedite project management processes, workflows, and documentation.

Business Analysis & System Translation

  • Requirement Documentation: Partner with internal customers to understand business processes and document functional requirements for issues or enhancements.
  • The Communication Bridge: Ensure business needs are clearly communicated to the technical team, and track developer progress against those needs. You will not design technical solutions or manage the SDLC, but you will track deliverables to ensure they align with the original request.
  • UAT Coordination: Own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase by coordinating with business users to test new features, gathering their feedback, and managing the sign-off process before deployment.
  • Release Communications: Author and distribute clear, business-friendly release notes to stakeholders to announce new features, system enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Application Scope: Track requirements and project schedules for a diverse SaaS ecosystem, including Salesforce, Conga, Klient, NetSuite, Snowflake, n8n, Slack, and more.
  • Change Management Enablement: Act as an enabler to ensure the business is prepared for system change.
  • Global Collaboration: Coordinate and track deliverables with distributed technical teams and business stakeholders across global time zones (specifically PST to India), maintaining flexibility for occasional meetings outside local business hours.

  • Tooling: Demonstrated hands-on experience using Jira and Salesforce. Familiarity with PSA tools and NetSuite/ERP systems is a distinct advantage.
  • System Aptitude: While you will not be expected to configure systems yourself, you must possess a strong analytical aptitude to quickly learn how our business applications can (or cannot) support a business process.
  • Distributed Team Leadership: Proven experience managing the work of virtual, distributed teams and successfully driving initiatives to completion under tight deadlines.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Comfortable navigating an initially disorganized environment; proven ability to self-manage, build project structures from scratch, and stay resilient through shifting priorities.
  • AI Curiosity: Experience using or a strong willingness to leverage AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to optimize daily delivery timelines.

Required Skills

  • Communication: Articulate, highly proficient written and spoken English with the ability to interact professionally with everyone from developers to executives.

  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: High satisfaction scores across global business units, driven by transparent communication and timely release notes.
