The CADET Program is a structured 6-month training and internship program designed to help final-year engineering students to build the technical skills, practical experience, and professional capabilities needed to start a successful career in technology.
At BOT Consulting, you will learn from experienced professionals, gain hands-on exposure to real-world projects, and work in an environment that encourages continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
High-performing candidates may be considered for full-time employment with BOT
Program Structure
Phase 1 — Foundation Training
Build a strong foundation through:
Core technical concepts and tool-based training
Industry practices, processes, and workflows
Software development and engineering fundamentals
Introduction to professional tools and platforms
Phase 2 — Hands-on Project Experience
Put your learning into practice through:
Internal and/or client project exposure
Development, configuration, testing, and documentation activities
Mentor-guided project assignments
Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Phase 3 — Evaluation & Career Transition
Demonstrate your capabilities through:
Structured performance assessments
Technical and project evaluations
Continuous feedback and development discussions
Consideration for full-time opportunities based on performance and business requirements
What You’ll Do
As a CADET participant, you will:
Actively participate in technical training and learning sessions
Contribute to assigned project and engineering activities
Assist with development, configuration, testing, and documentation
Work closely with mentors and cross-functional teams
Complete assignments, assessments, and project deliverables within defined timelines
Follow organizational quality, security, and process standards
Continuously build your technical and professional skills
Requirements
Who Can Apply?
We are looking for motivated engineering students who are eager to begin their careers in technology.
Eligibility Criteria
Final-year B.Tech students
Minimum 7.0 CGPA
No active academic backlogs
Strong interest in technology and engineering
Basic understanding of programming, databases, or engineering fundamentals
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Good communication and collaboration skills
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
Prior exposure to any of the following will be an advantage:
Programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar
Salesforce or other technology platforms
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Git and development tools/IDEs
Cloud platforms and technologies
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
