Celebrating Women in Tech Who Are Powering the Future at BOT
At BOT Consulting, we don’t just build tech teams, we build launchpads. And today, on Women in Engineering Day, we’re celebrating the bold, curious, and brilliant women who’ve joined us to shape what’s next.

From classroom whiteboards to real-world cloud solutions, these young women have stepped into software engineering roles that are anything but conventional. Whether it’s accelerating AI pipelines, automating deployments, or driving data workflows on next-gen platforms like Snowflake and ServiceNow, the women at BOT are doing work that truly matters.
But beyond the code, they’re helping define what it means to grow in tech—with joy, intent, energy, and collaboration.
From Campus Compilers to Cloud Engineers
What makes our internship program unique? It’s not about sitting on the sidelines or writing test cases. From day one, our young engineers dive into meaningful client projects, work across high-impact platforms like Snowflake, AWS, and ServiceNow, and contribute directly to real delivery pods alongside seasoned engineers.
“I came in with a foundation built on theory, but working at Cloudsmith changed everything. I now truly understand how things work behind the scenes in real-world tech.” — Simran, TSE Intern, Cloudsmith
Many of them began this journey together—as college friends turned teammates at BOT. It’s a story of friendships growing alongside careers.
From debugging college projects to deploying cloud infrastructure, their journeys reflect both power and potential.

Real Code. Real Impact.
These young engineers aren’t waiting to be “future leaders”—they’re already shaping the present.
“During a tough sprint, I found the root cause of a critical issue and fixed it. That was the moment I truly felt like part of the team.”
— Swasti, Associate Engineer Intern, Hakkoda
“I never thought I’d get into DevOps. What started as support work turned into hands-on experience with automation and real infrastructure, and now I’m loving every bit of it.”
— Simran, TSE Intern, Cloudsmith
The Future Feels... Revolutionary
We asked our engineers to describe the future of tech in one word. Their answer?
“Revolutionary”
“Because tech is reshaping the world—from AI breakthroughs to space exploration. It’s not just progress, it’s a whole new era.”
— Srashti, Associate Engineer Intern, Hakkoda
They’re right. Our interns are already contributing to tools and workflows that support some of the world’s most advanced cloud ecosystems.

A Culture That Clicks
We believe the best engineering happens in environments that balance focus with fun. From code reviews over coffee to Slack threads filled with emojis, learning at BOT is a daily practice—not just a milestone.
“If I could rename our team, I’d call us The Debug Squad—because no matter the challenge, there’s always this shared drive to dig in and solve it together.”
— Rini, TSE Intern, Cloudsmith
We Bet on Potential
At BOT, we believe in building early. That’s why we’ve created spaces where engineers:
- Own real client work
- Get mentored, not micromanaged
- Work with modern platforms across AI, Data, and Cloud
- Are encouraged to be curious, ask “why,” and challenge norms
“One BOT value that feels most real to me is Cultivating Curiosity. I’ve learned that asking the right questions is where the real growth happens.”
— Swasti, Associate Engineer Intern, Hakkoda
