Say Hello to our New Website: What changed, Why It Matters, and Who It's For

Introducing a new look reflecting our storytelling pillars: People, Platform, and Proof. Built from Jaipur for high-growth tech companies globally, the new site is designed to establish trust before the first conversation.

Quick Summary

The rebuild brings BOT's culture to the surface, gives Odyssey, its AI-native GCC operating system, a home for the first time, and leads with proof from partnerships built from the ground up. In an AI era where generic is invisible, this is BOT's most honest expression of who it is and how it operates.

Key Takeaways

  • A website is our trust infrastructure, not a design project
  • People, Platform, and Proof are not just pillars, they're why people trust and build with us
  • Jaipur is our founding conviction, not a location footnote

There’s a funny pattern happening across the internet right now. Use AI but don’t let it look like AI.

The threshold for what feels human, specific, and real has gone up. Generic is invisible now. The only content that earns attention is content that could only have come from you.

That principle guided every decision in this rebuild, from the copy, design and imagery to the way we describe what we do. We wanted a website that could only be ours.  AI is rewriting the rules of what 'good' looks like. This blog is the honest version of what we changed, why we changed it, and what we hope it does for the people who matter most to us: candidates, clients, and the community we're building in Jaipur.

Trust Is the Currency. We're Earning It at Every Touchpoint.

When a brand is alive and thriving, people feel it. It shows up in the candidate who applies without being approached, in the partners who constantly back us, and in the customers who choose to place their trust in us. The website is where that energy  or in modern parlance, the vibe,  becomes visible to the world.

That’s the version of the brand we’re building: a trust infrastructure earned through every interaction, every story, and every piece of proof put in front of the people who matter.

In professional services, trust is not a soft metric. We are asking founders and PE-backed operators to hand us one of their most consequential long-term bets: building their delivery organisation in Jaipur. The website carries the weight and sets the foundation long before the first sales call ever happens.

BOT is rooted in Jaipur not as a cost footnote, but as a founding conviction. The warmth, the talent, the community, and the responsibility that comes with building a company at this scale in a Tier-2 city. Simple, authentic, fast-moving in an AI era, and unmistakably ours. That’s the personality the new website was built to reflect.

And that’s exactly what you’ll find when you visit.

What's Actually New

The short version: almost everything visible, and a lot that isn't.

The longer version starts with what we are calling a living argument for why someone should trust you with their time, their team, or their career. It now captures what we internally call the three pillars of BOT:

People. Platform. Proof.

They are not just positioning pillars. You can actually feel them while navigating the site.

People

People sit at the heart of the new website. We proudly talk about culture being our competitive differentiator. The new website puts that culture on display through real photos from our Jaipur office, team stories, Śrī initiatives and unfiltered moments. If you think we have too much fun, that's because we actually do.

Śrī is our community and giving programme - named for the belief that genuine prosperity includes the people and the environment around us – and we believe it earns a prime spot on our website.  Experience and learn all about it here.

“At BOT, giving back isn't separate from the work - it is the work. Śrī is where our values become visible. It lives in the communities we stand with, the environment we protect, and the people who make BOT what it is. Business gives us our reach; together, through Śrī, we give it meaning."

 - Daminder Kaur,  Director, Śrī

Our voluntary retention rate sits at 90%, compared to an industry average of 75–80%. That number exists because of culture, and culture exists because of people who show up every day choosing to stay. Underneath the retention numbers is something harder to quantify: a deliberate choice about what kind of company we want to be in Jaipur, not just for Jaipur.

“We know candidates do their research before they ever speak to a recruiter. With this thought, we completely rebuilt the careers page allowing people to imagine themselves inside the story before they even hit apply. The job filters, cleaner navigation, better role discovery, and visibility into our culture and learning environment create a much smoother path from ‘I’m interested’ to ‘I’ve applied.’ The new careers experience is built for how people actually search, not how companies traditionally present themselves.” ,

- Himanshu Choudhary,  Director, Business Operations

Platform

We have an operating system that powers how we run our own business and shapes the foundation of both client and employee experience. We call it Odyssey. The new website finally gives it a home.

Odyssey is BOT’s GCC Operating System, a platform designed to accelerate global capability and delivery centers (GCC/GDCs) at scale.

When a partner works with us, we don’t arrive with an SOW and leave when the scope runs out. We build operating capability: permanent, governed, AI-native GCCs under a long-term partnership model.

“Think of Odyssey as the intelligence layer between strategy and execution. It takes what we’ve learned across years of building and scaling GCCs — the patterns, playbooks, benchmarks, governance frameworks, and even the failure modes and turns that knowledge into something structural.
Over the past year, Odyssey has been running live inside BOT, powering how we approach talent acquisition, L&D accelerators, operational governance, GCC metrics, and the thousands of invisible decisions that determine whether a capability center scales successfully or stalls. That singular focus compounds over time. Every engagement, every hire, every capability sprint feeds back into the platform, making the system smarter with every GCC we build. That is the compounding advantage of Odyssey.”

- Deepali Puri, Co-Founder

It also reflects something fundamental about how BOT operates. We are not competing with the SIs and technology firms we partner with. We are the operating layer that helps make their India ambition real. That venture studio model is the only thing we do.

And ultimately, that’s the conversation we want the website to start: What does it actually mean to run a GCC well?

Proof

Our proof points are front and centre.

The internet is littered with companies claiming transformation with vague messaging and oversized numbers. What people trust is outcomes and real execution case studies.

You’ll see proof points, customer moments, testimonials, ecosystem partnerships, and real execution narratives across the site.

Because in an AI-heavy world where content becomes easier to generate, proof and trust becomes exponentially more important.

The trust our partners place in us to build their capabilities isn't something we take lightly. It's earned pod by pod, sprint by sprint, from Jaipur to the world.

Watch us proudly bragging about it across the site.

Why This Matters to you

If you're a candidate considering us: the Careers page was rebuilt for you. Take a look at what life in Jaipur actually looks like. If you've been waiting for a company that invests in its people the way it says it does, we'd like you to read their stories here.

If you're a potential client: the new website is designed to give you enough context to know whether we're worth a conversation. We've made it easier to find the proof, case studies, client stories, the metrics that matter without having to dig. If you're building a global team and you want a partner who has done this before, at every stage, start with our Solutions section.

If you're a GCC/tech professional or someone tracking this market: the blog section is where we'll be thinking out loud. We intend to keep being honest about how we are operating, what we’re seeing and how we show up for our partners. This launch opens the door for a lot more storytelling.

If you’ve been part of our journey in any way, as a customer, candidate, teammate, advisor or supporter, thank you for helping shape what BOT is becoming.

The new website is now live!

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes BOT Consulting different from other GCC providers in India?
BOT Consulting specialises in the build and transfer phase of Global Capability Centres — the most difficult and highest-value stage for high-growth tech companies. Unlike large GCC providers, BOT operates as a venture studio: building shared vision, talent, and culture for the 0–100 employee phase with a proprietary operating system called Odyssey.
Why does BOT Consulting build Global Capability Centres in Jaipur rather than Bangalore or Hyderabad?
Jaipur is a founding conviction at BOT, not a cost decision. Tier-2 cities like Jaipur offer a distinct talent profile — highly skilled, deeply engaged, and more likely to build long-term careers with a single employer. BOT's 90% voluntary retention rate, significantly above the 75–80% industry average, is directly linked to the culture and community it has built in Jaipur.
